A radical history pamphlet.

The Judges Are Going to Jail
A rousing Chartist song for all the family...

A reprint of a Chartist song; filled with uncompromising class antagonism, a sense that the order of society will be reversed, in the favour of the working classes - and with a vengeance! Originally published around 1840, in the magazine John Bull; around the time of the trial of the Chartist John Frost, for leading a revolutionary uprising in Newport, South Wales, in 1839.

The Judges Are Going to Jail is a defiant musical sentiment of class feeling against a justice system that was loaded against the poor, and was busy imprisoning anyone who questioned the status quo.
